Our mission is to give Transition Year students the power to tackle the unique challenges they face with confidence, resilience, and assurance. This involves ensuring they are equipped with the necessary mental, emotional, and social skills. Our students will utilise a collection of tools, including evidence-based mindfulness, cognitive behavioural techniques, and solution-focused approaches, to achieve their goals.
